Drive design/architecture.md + design/threat-model.md past 'seed' status. Hold the explicit out-of-scope line. First reviewer pass against the templates surface.

Acceptance:

Component layout finalized (companion_link, wifi_sniffer, ble_scanner, espnow_link, storage, led_status, button_input, config)
Out-of-scope list stable + reasoning documented per item
Reviewer-pass workflow rehearsed once on a real artifact (this issue's body counts)
Open questions in design/architecture.md resolved or moved to follow-up issues
