Quick validation pass on the pinned MCU choice. Pi Pico 2 W is the only realistic alternate; the rest are display/companion roles. Confirm or surface hard blocker.

Acceptance:

Pi Pico 2 W WiFi monitor mode status (CYW43439 driver maturity for promiscuous)
ESP32-S3 toolchain pinned (ESP-IDF version, PlatformIO platform version)
One-page comparison table updated in hardware/bom.md
