S01E13 — Public Launchpad

Marketing site for DumpSock at a public URL. Hero with the mascot, four feature blocks (local-first, frees up space, privacy, open / power-user-friendly), platform-badge download grid (macOS / Windows / Linux).

Domain decision needed

Register `dumpsock.app` (~$20/year — flags SACRED #2 "no spend without explicit yes"; need operator confirm).
OR subdomain on existing zone: `dumpsock.hartle.tech` (free; brand-coupled to HARTLE.TECH).
OR GitHub Pages on `code-hartle-tech.github.io/dumpsock` (free; weaker URL).

Stack

VitePress per `neartrace-docs` convention (operator's established pattern).
OR a single hand-crafted HTML/CSS page if the docs site doesn't need depth yet.

Reference
