The sidebar "Help & Docs" anchor points at https://github.com/code-hartle-tech/dumpsock.

Expected behavior

Anchor href → https://dumpsock.hartle.tech/.
Anchor opens in the system browser (already wired via runtime.BrowserOpenURL interception).
