Close/Maximize/Minimize buttons are too close to that line, app title is asymmetric & unaligned

Current behavior

macOS traffic lights sit flush against the chrome bar's bottom edge.
"DumpSock v2" title is visually low and unaligned with the traffic-light dots' vertical center.

Expected behavior

More vertical room around the traffic lights so they don't touch the bar's bottom border.
App title vertically centered with the traffic lights and aligned to a consistent left margin (88px is the historic clearance for macOS traffic lights).

Acceptance

Screenshot inspection at 100% zoom on macOS shows visible padding above and below traffic lights, and the title baseline lines up with the dots' centers.
